Our games are designed to work without account registration. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or address through normal gameplay.

Advertising, Consent, and Tracking
Pro Billiards uses Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show ads, manage consent, and support advertising compliance.
Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws, these third-party services may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location, product interaction data, advertising performance data, crash or diagnostic data, and consent signals.
On iOS, when tracking permission is required, the app requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before starting or loading advertising that may be used for tracking. You can change ATT choices later in iOS Settings.
Where required, the app may show a consent form or privacy options flow provided by Google UMP. The app also provides access to privacy options in Settings when Google indicates that those options are required.

- Remember local settings and gameplay preferences.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information that we directly receive from support emails. We may share information with service providers who help operate the app, provide advertising, process consent, diagnose issues, or comply with legal requirements.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Your Choices
- Tracking permission: on iOS, you can allow or deny tracking in the ATT prompt and change your choice in iOS Settings.
- Ad personalization and consent: where available, use the in-app privacy options flow or your regional consent controls.
- Advertising identifier: you can reset or limit use of the advertising identifier through your device settings where supported by the operating system.
- Support emails: contact us if you want us to delete a support email thread or review a privacy request.
Children
Our games and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Retention and International Transfers
Local gameplay and settings data remain on your device unless you delete the app or reset the relevant settings. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes.
Third-party advertising and consent providers may process information on servers in different countries. Their processing is governed by their own policies, contracts, and legal safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy as our games, apps, advertising setup, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on this website.
